The company always shows respect and solicitude to people it dispatched and actively protects their legal rights.

       Actively participates in various public welfare and charity activities.     Over the past years, it has donated funds and materials totaling more than RMB 10 million yuan to society through diverse means like onation to disaster areas, funding support to schools and donation to Weihai Children’s Welfare Center, donations to the Women &Children Relief Foundation and Wenze Handball Team of the Republic of Congo.
       In the country where its projects locate, WIETC has actively promoted its “Employee Localization Strategy” to alleviate the local government’s pressure of employment. In the Republic of Congo, the company cultivated a large group of specialized technical workers through voluntarily setting up a specialized technical school and gratis training.
      WIETC’s endeavor is highly praised by society, and was honored by China International Contractors Association with the “Social Responsibility Silver Prize”.
