Accurate & standard procedure of recruitment

The recruiting procedures are strictly complied with rules:

The company successively issued a series of management and operation systems of laborers and trainees’ recruiting, behavioral standards, and relevant measures. Constant supervision is followed up so as to prevent any illegal behaviors.

   

Strict recruitment system to ensure the labor and trainee’s quality:
 
☆ Ways of recruitment: Company gets eligible trainees through news media, technical laborer recruitment bases and company’s technician resource.
☆ All selected applicants have to pass the health check; physical test, culture and knowledge test; intelligence test; mental test; interview; and technical test.
 
★  Physical Test:
Physical test help to find out applicants’ disease such as: heart disease, articulation disease, blood vessel and covert disease, so that we can select outstanding trainees with healthy and strong body physique.
 
★  Culture and knowledge test:
We test applicants’ culture level, society knowledge, understanding of working abroad and the basic knowledge of working abroad, to   ensure the trainees’ quality.
 
★   Psychology test:
-The test includes applicants’ temperament, emotion, resistance, tolerance, living ability, adversity handling ability, psychological suitability and maturity.
 
★ Intelligence test:
The test includes applicants’ intelligence level and flexibility.
 
★ Interview:
We assess applicants’ appearance and behavior etc, in this way, we can know better their character, morality, motivation of going abroad, maturity & working ability through communication; to ensure the applicants to aware the basic work requirements and conditions, to check their working experience in CV, and then to give a score for the interview.
 
★  Technical test:
We assess applicants’ relevant skills to ensure they meet the employer’s requirements.
The applicants will be selected as candidates only after they pass the above test.
 
 
 
To keep control on each step:
In order to maintain the quality of recruitment, we stick to the principle of taking a tight control on every step involved in the operation procedure.
 
To seek assistance from the local government:
To avoid dispatching anyone with criminal record in China, we require all applicants to provide a Non-criminal-record letter from their local police office.
While necessary, company staff will go to the applicants’ hometown to check out their background personally.
 
To establish recruiting bases:
We have set up many recruiting bases in Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Sichuan, Jiangsu, Henan and Shandong Province in order to recruit professional and skillful workers.
