With construction area of 3000 Square meters, the training center is appointed by the former Ministry of China foreign trade and economic cooperation as a licensed training centre for overseas recruitment.

 

 

The training center possess series of well-equipped teaching facilities including language lab, construction worker training center, sewing-worker-training workshop and crew-training workplace. We also have invited 14 professional teachers, among whom four are English teachers.

 

                 

 

We have established separate construction technique training workshops in our training center. The subordinate training workshops include: bricklaying-worker class, woodworker class, reinforcing steel worker class, piping fitter class, electrician class. There are series of well-equipped practical machines and tools. We have invited two professional technique training lecturers.

 

                  

 

All the applicants have to receive certain military training to train their will of bearing hardships and the spirit of obedience.

 

                 

 

 

◆Language ability: To help them acquire the basic communication skills in a short period by language study.

◆Adaptability: Training is conducted in a vivid circumstance. All trainees are asked to communicate with foreign language, and to act according to foreign customs. We also arrange returnee to share their oversea working experience.

 

     

 

◆Consciousness of law: The Dept. of law of WIETC explains contracts knowledge; foreign law and regulations to the laborer and trainee to strengthen their consciousness of law.

◆Professional skills: We invite skilled experts to train the laborer and trainee the professional skills according to the requirement of employers.
