Cultivation of nurses for overseas service is a key program WIETC is developing in its reform towards immediate-and-high level labor service as well as optimization of its overseas service system. Paying special attention to talent recourses and capability cultivation, we conduct close cooperation with many medical colleges and hospitals and thus successfully resolved problems like limited talents resources and lack of experiences or skills in English. We currently have established a mature operation system which integrates talent recruitment, cultivation and sending abroad with overseas service, and will send more and more qualified nurses to Europe, Singapore, and Mid-east countries, etc. 

WIETC built the only Training Base for Nurses Going Abroad in Shandong Province, and completed the online platform NURSESKY（Link to"NURSESKY"）。 Outstanding performance won WIETC the qualification to send nurses to British by the Department of Health of Britain and Ministry of Commerce of China in 2006 as one of the ten qualified Chinese companies.
