The Company entered the African market in 1991. After more than 30 years of in-depth operation, we have now established local subsidiaries in nearly 20 African countries. From "going global" to "taking root locally and thriving," and from building projects to fostering industries, we remain firmly confident in the development prospects of Africa's urbanization and industrialization. We always keep pace with our African partners and share weal and woe with local communities.

Engineering construction is our core business. Over the past 30 years, we have been committed to improving the connectivity and quality of life in Africa, having completed over 800 construction projects. Our landmark projects include. (i) modernized international airports, such as  Maya-Maya International Airport in Congo (Brazzaville), Lomé–Tokoin International Airport(also known as Gnassingbé Eyadéma International Airport) in Togo, Malabo International Airport in Equatorial Guinea, and Kisangani International Airport in Congo (Kinshasa). (ii) over 20 municipal water treatment plants, such as the Ozone Water Supply Project in Congo(Kinshasa), and more than 2,000 km of water supply pipelines.(iii) a total completed road mileage exceeding 4,000 kilometers, as well as (iv) multiple integrated investment-construction-operation projects, such as the UN Office Building in Senegal, the University of San-Pédro in Côte d'Ivoire, and the Moukoukoulou Hydroelectric Power Plant in Congo (Brazzaville). We have gradually built distinctive competitive advantages in areas including international airports, clean energy, roads and bridges, urban water supply, sports venues, and public buildings.

We vigorously advance industrial investment and such business spans from the production of basic industrial goods to daily consumer products, and from the exploration and development to the intensive processing of mineral resources, we are committed to bring advanced technology, management expertise, and development opportunities to local communities, precisely assisting Africa in upgrading its industries and achieving independent development. We invested in and built a cassava planting and processing industrial park with an annual output of 10,000 tons of cassava flour in Congo(Brazzaville), the advanced planting management techniques and fully automated cassava processing lines introduced from China effectively promote the transformation of local agricultural practices toward industrialized production. We also invested in and built the first tile factory in the Congo (Kinshasa), which can produce 20 million square meters of tiles annually, filling the domestic production gap. Furthermore, the alcohol plants we invested in and built in Nigeria and Congo (Kinshasa) effectively meet local enterprises and consumers’ needs. Our potassium salt mining project in Congo (Brazzaville), with an expected annual output of 2.5 million tons of potash fertilizer upon full operation, is scheduled to become Africa's largest potash mining and processing project. In addition, several industrialization and agricultural modernization investment projects are in the pipeline.

The Company actively expands its logistics and trading business. We have established a medical equipment trading company targeting the African market to help improve local medical services. We have also set up logistics service companies in multiple countries, handling over one million tons of customs clearance and transportation services annually, and committed to enhancing logistics efficiency and product value in Africa, as well as optimizing the development channels for the continent.

The Company steadily carries out real estate development business and our works delivered span from high-end hotels to modern office buildings, from cozy residences to premium apartments. We have completed projects such as the Kin-Oasis Housing Estate and the Golden Tulip Hotel in Congo (Kinshasa), and the Allure Apartments in Senegal. Developing 20,000 m² real estate annually, we are dedicated to improving Africa's living environment and bringing high-quality lifestyles to local people.

We prioritize human resources services. By integrating top talent resources globally，we provide a one-stop suite of services including recruitment, training, overseas dispatch, and follow-up management for various enterprises, serving over 10,000 persons of various description annually. We aim to inject momentum into Africa's development through promoting local employment and economic growth.

With over 30 years of dedicated operations in Africa, we have never forgotten to fulfill our social responsibilities. We have actively assisted in building primary and secondary schools and community roads, voluntarily provided clean drinking water facilities and photovoltaic power generation equipment to local communities, established scholarships at several universities, offered internship and employment opportunities to graduates, donated to various local charitable foundations, and contributed funds and supplies to disaster-affected communities, orphanages, schools, and people with disabilities. In cooperation with local hospitals and Chinese medical teams, we have organized free clinical treatment for local residents, earning wide acclaim from local governments and communities. We have been awarded the China’s Outstanding Social Responsibility Award for Enterprises Engaged in Overseas Contracting Projects and received extensive media coverage by People's Daily and Charity Public Welfare News.

By virtue of our outstanding performance, we have long served as Vice President of the China International Contractors Association (CHINCA) and Vice President of the Shandong Provincial Association for International Investment and Economic Cooperation, and been recognized by the Ministry of Commerce as a "National Advanced Collective in the Commercial System." Since 2007, we have been consistently listed among ENR's Top 250 International Contractors and have also received multiple honorary medals from local governments and Presidents.
