Industrial Investment

Located in Makurdi, the capital of Benue State, Nigeria, the ethanol plant, with an investment of USD 40 million, produces 96°food-grade ethanol from cassava. Covering an area of 18.8 hectares, it can produce 60,000 tons of ethanol and 15,000 tons of carbon dioxide by-products annually, consuming 180,000 tons of dried cassava per year, which effectively promotes local employment, agricultural modernization and sustainable development, and drives the upgrading of surrounding infrastructure such as roads and power supply.

Situated in Kikwit, Kwilu, Congo (Kinshasa), the ethanol plant, with an investment of USD 25 million, produces 96° food-grade ethanol from cassava. Covering 15 hectares, it boasts a designed annual capacity of 20,000 tons, consuming 60,000 tons of dried cassava per year. As the first foreign direct investment funded cassava ethanol plant in the DRC, the plantcan produce products to replaceimported ethanol, saveforeign exchange for local downstream enterprises, and relieve capital occupation.

Located in Kouilou Province, Congo (Brazzaville), the mining region boasts a mineable area of 242 km² and KCL reserves exceeding 1 billion tons at an average grade of over 20%. The Company obtained the mineral exploration right in 2008, and launched construction in 2023. The first phase is scheduled for trial production by the end of 2026. Upon reaching full capacity, it will yield an output of 2 million tons of potassium chloride annually, making it the largest potash mining and processing project in Africa.

Located in Baringo County, Kenya, the mining region was explored and identified asa diatomite mine witha mineable area of 73.9243 km². A total of 53.27 million tons of diatomite resources had been detected, including 6 million tons of first-grade diatomite. The mine was put into production in 2024, and thequality of its mineral products has been highly recognized by customers.

Located in Loudima District, Bouenza Province, Congo (Brazzaville), the industrial park, with a total investment of USD 30 million, owns 7,610 hectares of self-managed cultivated land. We introduced advanced planting management techniques and fully automated cassava processing lines for it from China. It can produce 10,000 tons of high-quality cassava flour annually, effectively driving the transformation of local agricultural practices toward industrialized production.

Located in the Maluku Special Economic Zone, northern Kinshasa, Congo (Kinshasa), the factory, with a total investment of RMB 350 million,was officially commissioned and put into operation in August 2023, capable of producing 20 million m² of medium-to-high-grade ceramic tiles annually. As the first ceramic tile factory in Congo (Kinshasa), it fills the domestic production gap in the country. President Félix Tshisekedi personally attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the project, and stated that "the completion of this project has advanced the process of industrialization in the Democratic Republic of the Congo."
