X. User Rights

Under applicable laws, you may have the following rights. Right of access: the right to inquire whether we are processing your personal information and to obtain a copy of such information; right of rectification: the right to request that we correct your personal information when it is inaccurate or incomplete; right to erasure: The right to request that we delete your personal information where the legal conditions are met (e.g., where the processing purposes have been achieved or have expired, or where you have withdrawn your consent, etc.). However, if the exercise of the right to erasure would prevent us from fulfilling our legal obligations (such as tax filing or dispute resolution) or would harm major public interests, we reserve the right to refuse such deletion requests; right to withdraw consent: the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal; right to restriction of processing: the right to request that we suspend the processing of your personal information during a dispute or where the processing is unlawful; right to data portability: the right to request that we provide a copy of your personal information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, or to have it transmitted directly to another controller (where technically feasible), in accordance with applicable laws; right to object to automated decision-making: the right to object to decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you, if such decisions are based solely on automated processing, including profiling; right to object: you can choose not to receive our commercial marketing emails, SMS messages, or push notifications at any time; right to lodge a complaint and appeal: if you believe that our processing of your personal information violates applicable laws or regulations, you may file a complaint with us or lodge an appeal with the competent data protection supervisory authority.

To protect your privacy and security, we may verify your identity before processing your request (the information required for identity verification is limited to account binding information or reserved verification methods, so as to ensure that the requester is the data subject or an authorized agent). For requests that cannot be effectively verified through electronic means, we reserve the right to require a notarized authorization document issued by a notary authority. Once your identity is verified, we will provide you a written response to the processing results within 30 working days. Where your request can be fulfilled, we will handle it properly in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Where your request cannot be fulfilled (such as if there are other legal provisions or where it involves the legitimate rights and interests of a third party), we will state the reasons for refusal. Where the required information for verification involves third-party rights and interests or may endanger data security, WIETC reserves the right to refuse such request.
