Located in Diamniadio, a town near Dakar, Senegal, this large-scale modern project was jointly invested in and implemented by WIETC under the PPP (Public-Private Partnership) model. Covering an area of 13 hectares, it has a total floor area of 65,342 ㎡. The project was put into operation in July 2022.

University of San Pedro, Côte d'Ivoire
Located in San Pedro, Côte d'Ivoire, the project covers a total land area of 500,584 ㎡, with a total floor area of 205,071 ㎡, and is planned to comprise over 100 buildings. The first phase was completed in March 2021.
Abidjan Art Center, Côte d'Ivoire
The project is located in the Plateau district of the administrative center of Abidjan, the capital of Côte d'Ivoire, with a total floor area of 129,148 ㎡, a building height of 105 m, four levels underground and twenty-two floors above ground.

Located in Ouagadougou, the capital city of Burkina Faso, the project serves as the headquarters office building of CORIS Bank International S.A. in Burkina Faso. The building has fifteen floors above ground and one level underground, with a total floor area of approximately 15,800 ㎡ and an eave height of 53.5 m.
