Recently, WIETC achieved another milestone in Madagascar's road engineering sector by successfully winning the bid for the Emergency Restoration Project of the RNP6 National Road. The Letter of Award was received from the Employer on September 14.

The project is funded by the World Bank, with a construction period of 14 months. Located in northwestern Madagascar, 410 kilometers from the capital Antananarivo, the project covers a total route length of 189.3 kilometers, with an actual restoration length of 16.5 kilometers. The main scope of work includes the restoration of damaged pavement and drainage structures, as well as ancillary works such as the supply and installation of traffic signs.

This project represents yet another road initiative WIETC has delivered in Madagascar, following the RN12A and RNT12A new road construction projects and the RNP4 National Road Restoration Project. The successful award once again reflects the Employer's and the World Bank's strong recognition of the Company's project management capabilities and contract performance.
