Zhengwei Company of Côte d'Ivoire Conducts Special Training on Foundational Finance
September 24, 2026

To further strengthen the company's financial management and enhance the practical operational capabilities of new employees and frontline project personnel, on 22 September 2026 the Zhengwei Company of Côte d'Ivoire delivered a dedicated training session on foundational finance for employees who had joined the company within the preceding six months, together with members of all project teams.

In line with the company's management requirements, the instructor systematically walked participants through the Financial Management Rules of the Zhengwei Company of Côte d'Ivoire, detailing the core regulations governing expense control, approval procedures and the use of funds. The session clarified the red lines and compliance standards that underpin all financial work, and guided trainees to adopt a rigorous, standardised and compliant mindset in their day-to-day financial duties.

Focusing on the high-frequency office scenarios encountered in daily work, the instructor sorted out the company's commonly used administrative procedures, explaining the operating standards, approval checkpoints and key precautions for each step, and helping employees clarify their workflow so as to lift routine efficiency. Addressing the ongoing operational need to make electronic invoices routine practice, the instructor provided detailed guidance on the issuance, authenticity verification, standardised use and archiving requirements of electronic invoices, addressed one by one the difficult questions staff face in routine document handling, and corrected common operational mistakes.

The training also featured a hands-on practice module on reimbursement documentation. Using real case demonstrations, a review of frequent errors, and on-site practical coaching, the instructor walked participants step by step through the standards for completing, organising and submitting reimbursement documents. The session targeted the persistent issues of non-standard reimbursement submissions and incomplete supporting materials, and translated guidance into a tangible improvement in the reimbursement-handling capability of the entire workforce.

Highly targeted and highly practical, the training further standardised financial work across the company. All participants will apply what they have learned, strictly observe the company's financial rules and regulations, carry out their work in a standardised manner, and continue to raise the level of standardisation in financial operations.
