Since 1993, the Company has been engaged in dispatch of trainees in Japan. To date, it has dispatched more than 28,000 professionals of various categories to Japan, including trainees， technical interns, and specified skilled workers. Starting from 2012, to meet the increasingly diversified staffing demands of Japanese clients, the Company has expanded its training and overseas placement services for various talents in Southeast Asian countries including Vietnam, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Cambodia and Nepal, in addition to recruitment within China. Its operations cover sectors including food processing, electronic assembly, nursing care, and hotel services, with over 2,500 professionals under its service in Japan throughout the year. The Company established Japan Vanfon Economic Exchange Co., Ltd. in Osaka, and set up offices in Tokyo, Niigata, Saitama, Fukushima, Chiba, Hiroshima and other regions, taking full charge of the overseas management and support for dispatched personnel.

In 2004, the Company launched dispatch services for nurses, caregivers and Japanese care workers. It has established cooperative partnerships with a wide range of medical and elderly care institutions in Japan, Germany, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, the United States, New Zealand and other countries,  dispatching over 3,200 nurses and caregiving professionals cumulatively.  Through these efforts, the Company has developed a distinctive training model and project operation system. In 2009, the Company was awarded the title of Training Base for Overseas Dispatched Nurses by the Department of Commerce of Shandong Province. In 2017, it was honored as a Leading Enterprise in Specialized Labor Services (Nurse Dispatch) of 2016 by China International Contractors Association. In 2023, it was selected into the first batch of enterprises for the Brand Building Initiative for Overseas Labor Cooperation (Care Talent Dispatch).

In response to the global shortage of skilled workers in the international market, the Company has made skilled talent dispatch a new business priority since 2014.It has built long-term and stable talent export partnerships with employers in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Canada and other countries. It provides overseas employers with skilled talent recruitment services, while offering applicants language training (IELTS, PTE, NAT, JPT), vocational assessment and dispatch services. Up to now, over 1,500 skilled workers, including welders, diesel mechanics, spray painters, assemblers, meat processing workers, auto repair technicians, chefs, construction workers, massage therapists, IT specialists and hotel staff, have been dispatched to the above-mentioned countries, earning the Company wide recognition and acclaim from employers worldwide.

Germany’s world-leading dual vocational education system closely integrates practical enterprise training with theoretical instruction at vocational schools, enabling students to apply what they learn and secure employment upon graduation. The Company has partnered with relevant German institutions to carry out dual vocational education programs in multiple fields including nursing, general care, electromechanical works, mechanical works, logistics, and catering, while also providing German language training for students enrolled in these programs.

Drawing on over 30 years of experience in international talent dispatch, the Company actively delivers human resource services to Chinese enterprises operating overseas, covering recruitment and foreign dispatch, labor dispatching, labor outsourcing, training and other services. Furthermore, the Company offers third-country skilled talent dispatch services from Vietnam, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Nepal and other countries to overseas Chinese enterprises, helping them cut HR costs and improve operational efficiency. Up to now, the Company has cumulatively dispatched nearly 22,000 management staff, engineering technicians and construction personnel to Chinese enterprises engaged in overseas engineering, mining, manufacturing and other sectors.

In 2000, the Company supplied 289 welders and pipeline fitters to Hyundai Engineering & Construction(Republic of Korea)'s oil and natural gas projects in Kuwait, Libya, the UAE, and other Middle Eastern regions. In the same year, the Company was selected by China International Contractors Association as one of the first authorized enterprises to conduct construction labor cooperation with Singapore, and has dispatched approximately 1,000 construction workers to Singapore in total. In 2017, the Company expanded into the New Zealand market and launched construction labor cooperation targeting high-end markets, dispatching around 340 construction workers to New Zealand.
