Boasting over 30 years of professional experience in dispatching merchant seafarers, the Company has established an efficient one-stop service system covering recruitment, training, dispatch and follow-up management. We maintain our own crew pool of more than 1,000 personnel and continuously recruit outstanding talents to expand the pool. To date, we have dispatched over 50,000 seafarers in total for numerous clients in Europe, the United States, South Korea, Singapore, and other countries and regions, as well as Hong Kong and Taiwan of China. The vessels served include bulk carriers, container ships, passenger ships, oil tankers and chemical tankers. Equipped with dedicated training classrooms and experienced professional instructors, we deliver systematic guidance and training in professional skills, English, laws and regulations and management systems, and can also provide customized training programs upon clients’ specific requirements.

The Company actively expands overseas by building seafarer resource bases abroad to provide clients with diversified crew supply solutions. We have set up Myanmar Xinda Maritime Services Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary in Myanmar, and Bangladesh Xinda Maritime Services Co., Ltd., a joint-venture in Bangladesh. Both entities hold valid SRPS certificates issued by local maritime authorities, enabling a complete operational system for the recruitment, training, dispatch and administration of Burmese and Bangladeshi seafarers. We also cooperate with qualified and reputable manning agents in the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia and other countries to supply high-quality foreign seafarers for shipowners. We dispatch more than 1,000 foreign merchant seafarers each year and have cultivated our proprietary team of foreign seafarers.

The Company dispatches certified captains, chief engineers, chief officers and other ranks of crew members for longline fishing vessels, purse seiners and trawlers. Over the past 30+ years, we have dispatched more than 10,000 Chinese ocean-going fishing crew for clients based in China, South Korea, Japan and other countries and regions.

In partnership with accredited and reputable labor service agencies in Indonesia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Bangladesh and other countries, we supply competent foreign fishing crew for longline vessels, purse seiners, trawlers and other fishing crafts (with an annual dispatch volume exceeding 1,000 persons) in strict compliance with the standardized workflow of recruitment, training, dispatch and management.

Since commencing cruise crewing services in 1998, the Company has entered into cooperation agreements with V.Ships, APOLLO, Royal Caribbean International and Norwegian Cruise Line etc., establishing long-term and stable partnerships. The total number of cruise crew we have dispatched has reached nearly 10,000. Our deployed cruise staff serve on global cruise routes, primarily stationed in cruise restaurants, guest cabins, galleys and other onboard departments. They have earned widespread acclaim from cruise companies and clients alike for their high-quality, efficient service awareness and diligent work ethic. In collaboration with educational institutions, we have founded a dedicated cruise training center. Furnished with practical training rooms for house-keeping, Western cuisine, Chinese cuisine and bar services, the center provides all-round vocational training for cruise staff delivered by seasoned professional instructors. Meanwhile, the Company maintains a nationwide network of recruitment agencies.
