Located in Brazzaville, the project consists of six identical units, with a total floor area of 115,800 ㎡ and a building height of 20 m. The project was completed in May 2015.

Located in front of the central railway station in Kinshasa, the capital of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), the project was built to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the DRC's independence on June 30, 2010.

Lumumba Square is located in the center of Kinshasa. The square is conical in shape, with an east-west length of 620 m and a maximum north-south width of 235 m. It mainly comprises 32,000 ㎡ of cement tiles floor pavement, 40,000 ㎡ of green square, nine fountains, one 140-meter-high elevator and monument, four sub-squares, a theater stands, and other auxiliary structures. It is a landmark in Kinshasa.

The project was a national celebration project for Congo (Brazzaville) in 2006. The renovation and expansion of the hotel were completed in just over two months, meeting the reception needs of government ministers and foreign guests during the National Day celebrations, and was highly praised by the government.
